We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
7. Data retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Please be aware an important part of our business is repeat orders of specific printed or embroidered designs. We need to keep very good records, for longer than most other business types, to ensure that we are able to put the correct logos on garments.
By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for a minimum of six years for tax purposes.
8. What are your rights over your personal data?
You have the right to request:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you, free of charge in most cases.
- The correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
